7075-T6 aftermarket steering knuckle for TB8

Designed as an aluminium hop-up for YIKONG YK7081 TB8 platforms, this steering knuckle is machined from 7075-T6 to improve strength at steering load points while keeping weight low. It replaces factory part number 80004 and is meant for hobby-level upgrades and repairs where enhanced bearing life and firmer steering response are the goals.

The included hardware upsizes the inner bearing to 20x30x7mm (from 20x27x4mm) and the outer bearing to 15x24x5mm (from 15x21x4mm). The larger bearings reduce localized contact stress and help maintain steering performance under repeated impacts without altering the core chassis geometry.

Mounting screws and related hardware are supplied and components arrive pre-assembled where practical. For reliable installation, apply medium-strength threadlocker to mating screws and follow torque best practices for M3 fasteners to avoid stripping threads in aluminium parts.
