Precision steering assembly for TT02 and TT02B

This aluminium steering assembly is a purpose-built replacement for the Tamiya TT02 and TT02B touring chassis. Replacing the original plastic steering components, the unit increases structural stiffness at critical pick-up points to reduce flex under loading and deliver more consistent steering inputs during repeatable driving conditions.

Installation is a straightforward swap of the factory steering parts and does not require changes to servo endpoint settings. Basic hand tools such as hex drivers are adequate; fitment requires attention to steering geometry alignment and proper fastener engagement. The part is compatible with standard 1/10 touring setups and accepts the common servo sizes used on TT02 platforms.

Service and tuning: this assembly provides a firmer mechanical base for fine steering adjustments and pairs well with reinforced steering rods and stronger servo horns to enhance precision. It does not alter electronic configuration but improves the mechanical platform used for setup work.
