High-precision adjustable motor mount for TT-02 chassis

This CNC-friendly alloy adjustable motor mount is engineered for the TT-02 platform to accept 14T to 16T pinion gears, offering a rigid mounting surface and micrometric motor position adjustment. It is supplied as a single pc and intended as an aftermarket upgrade to improve repeatable alignment over stock plastic mounts.

For workshop tuning, the adjustable design provides controlled motor lateral and axial positioning to obtain consistent pinion-to-spur mesh without iterative shim stacking. The aluminium material reduces flex under torque, supporting reliable mesh under load and simplifying maintenance cycles.

Installation reuses the chassis motor mounting points and original hardware for a straightforward swap. When setting motor height, verify clearance to the gearbox and route ESC leads to avoid contact, then confirm mesh after a short running period as bearings and gears seat.
