Delrin collars for TT01 drift arm

This RC-scale Delrin collar set is specified for Tamiya TT01 drift arm use with the TT055D configuration. The four keyed collars provide controlled axial location and repeatable spacing for drivetrain and steering shafts. Delrin gives a low coefficient of friction and resilient bearing seat properties suitable for precision spacing without increasing rotating mass.

Installation procedure: slide collars onto the shaft, position to the predetermined datum and secure with the original set screw or retention clip on the drift arm assembly. Verify concentricity with the mating hub and confirm free rotation through the normal range of motion prior to final torque. The product is supplied without additional fixings; reuse existing chassis hardware as appropriate.

Performance notes: Delrin collars enable fine endplay and lateral clearance adjustments while maintaining stable geometry under load. Inspect for contamination and mechanical wear as part of routine maintenance. Replace collars showing significant scoring or loss of interference fit to preserve alignment and handling consistency.
