The TRX4ZSP44 is supplied as a thin metal trim panel intended for external cosmetic installation on Traxxas TRX-4 Defender body panels. It serves only as a visual enhancement and is not designed to carry structural loads or alter mechanical systems.

Attachment is achieved with the included adhesive backing; ensure mating surfaces are clean, dry and degreased prior to bonding. Align the panel accurately and maintain light pressure while the adhesive cures to achieve a consistent bond line.

When positioning, account for suspension travel and steering geometry so the plate does not contact moving linkages, servo arms, antenna mounts, or cable routing. The component adds minimal localized mass but should still be located to avoid creating interference with wheel arcs or moving hardware.

Inspection and maintenance are straightforward: verify adhesive integrity periodically, remove the plate if it shows permanent deformation after impact, and do not attempt mechanical reshaping or welding. This product is intended strictly for RC model use.
