This front-end upgrade kit is intended for TRAXXAS TRX-4 Trail Crawler models and is identified by part number TRX4H100F. The set groups aluminum C-hubs, inner and outer knuckle parts, spindles, front CVDs and a steering link into one installation package to modify steering geometry and shock placement for trail and rock crawling use.
Key mechanical notes: the C-hubs are machined from high-tensile aluminum and use Delrin collars in the positioning holes to reduce metal-on-metal friction where tie rods and shock mounts pass through. The lower section of the C-hub is reduced to create extra clearance under the body. Knuckle components increase internal gear pitch and diameter and lower the axle center by the stated amount to raise body clearance, and the kit permits repositioning of shock mounting points so dampers sit slightly outward rather than perfectly vertical to improve lateral stability when tuning ride height.
The kit is adjustable where indicated by the source parts list: tie rods and shock ends can be mounted in alternate holes to change steering toe and shock angle, and the set includes the fasteners and collars required to assemble the front C-hub, knuckles and spindle/CVD assemblies as supplied.
This product is for RC use only and is designed to replace or upgrade the front c-hubs, knuckle arms, spindles and steering link areas of compatible TRX-4 scale crawlers.
When installing, check fitment around the front suspension and steering link geometry, use the supplied Delrin collars where specified, and note that some GPM Racing pendulum-wheel variants listed by model number may not be suitable without additional modification; confirm clearance before final assembly.
