Precision CNC aluminium headlight guards for TRX4

This CNC-machined 6-piece brush guard set is engineered for compatibility with Traxxas TRX4 Trail Crawler front light assemblies and includes four white Delrin collars to isolate the lamp housing. Components are milled from 6061 T6 aluminium, finished with anodizing to enhance surface hardness and corrosion resistance.

The guards act as a protective perimeter around the front headlights to reduce abrasion and impact from trail obstacles while preserving original mounting geometry and light aim. The Delrin collars serve as vibration isolators between the aluminium hardware and the lamp bodies.

Installation overview:

• Remove the factory TRX4 headlight assemblies from the body shell.
• Locate the black mounting plate supplied with the kit, slide it into the brush guard and install the white Delrin collars on the plate, two collars per side as supplied.
• Reinstall the original headlights using the factory screw locations, verify clearance and alignment, then fasten securely.
