Precision aluminium steering and knuckle upgrade

This 104pcs aftermarket kit converts the TRX-4 steering and rear knuckle assemblies to a CNC-friendly aluminium based solution targeted at scale trail applications. The kit groups front and rear C-hubs, inner and outer knuckle components, hardened king pins, Delrin collars, and a complete set of stainless fasteners to allow replacement of stock plastic parts while preserving original suspension and steering geometry.

From a functional perspective the components link the front gearbox to the knuckles, retain inner gear position on both front and rear knuckles, secure the rear gearbox to knuckle arms, and present alternate lower damper mount positions to adjust shock ride height and cant for tuning.

Service and setup remain straightforward: the damper lower eye uses multiple hole positions for fine tuning, stainless king pins are supplied for longevity, and Delrin collars reduce axial play at pivots. Inspect fastener torque and shock clearance during installation for optimal results.
