The TRX4ZSP56C radiator is a precision-engineered cooling assembly intended for TRX4 Trail Crawler V8 LS3 style models. It integrates a compact axial fan with a metal radiator body positioned for motor-area fitment, and includes a welded temperature sensor that governs fan operation to automate thermal response.
Sensor performance is specified to engage the fan at approximately 35°C (±5°C) with a reset around 25°C (±5°C). Fan airflow is listed near 3.25 CFM (±10%), providing measurable ventilation through the radiator core when active.
Materials are aluminum and stainless steel for the primary structure, with the cover and exhaust pipe in black heat-resistant ABS. Unit dimensions are 52mm x 63mm x 71mm and it is supplied as one engine radiator unit (1 pcs) intended for placement in the motor bay area.
Installation guidance for TRX-4 variants should be followed: Defender-style bodies may require manifold removal for clearance and trimming of the body post crossbar to align the intake pipe. For front-engine layouts the manifold can be mounted to the original damper mount and fender after manifold removal, provided a flat front damper mount such as GPM Racing #TRX4028 or an equivalent is used to clear dual manifolds.
Intended as a precision-fit scale cooling upgrade, verify mount geometry and clearance before final installation to ensure correct alignment and sensor operation.
