This precision aluminium battery strap is designed for hobbyists seeking a durable, serviceable retention solution that also aids passive thermal spread. The centre-hollow geometry accepts vertical and humpback pack contours while reducing surface contact to improve heat dissipation pathing.

The primary plate is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium to provide dimensional accuracy and consistent mounting. A thin foam pad is supplied to take up tolerance when thinner battery packs are fitted, and hardware includes a 3x23.5 king pin screw and one foam hold-down piece for standard installation.

From a setup perspective the strap secures the battery to stabilise weight distribution on slow-speed crawls and trail obstacles, while the alloy construction supports passive conduction away from battery cells under continuous load.
