Precision aluminium steering links for TRX4 applications

This 7-piece aluminium link kit provides a metal replacement for the TRX4 Trail Crawler stock plastic tie rods, offering a stiffer reference for suspension and steering geometry adjustments. Rod bodies are thicker at 6.5mm and finished with anodising to limit surface wear during repeated trail use. Ends use counter-clockwise thread orientation for secure length changes.

Recommended for competent hobbyists performing setup work, the manual specifies the following mechanical values: tie rod diameters increased from original 5mm to 6.5mm, front lower steering tie rod midpoint distance 133.2mm, front upper steering tie rod midpoint distance 77.3mm, rear supportive tie rod midpoint distance 77.6mm. Adjustable rod length allows incremental steering toe and centring corrections without modifying hubs.

Included in the package per the product manual are stainless steel round head screws: 3*25 - 1 pcs, 3*16 - 3 pcs, 3*14 - 1 pcs. Confirm compatibility of link end fittings with your TRX4 steering knuckles and hub carriers before torqueing final fasteners.
