Precision rear CVD assembly for Traxxas XO-1

Engineered for competitive hobby use on Traxxas XO-1 platforms, this rear CVD shaft set uses 304 stainless steel axle joints and 6061 T6 aluminium shaft bodies to balance low weight with high tensile strength for improved drivetrain reliability.

The joint is recessed into the shaft housing and sealed with silicone O-rings to absorb impact energy and reduce shock transfer to the CVD. Shafts are produced with increased wall thickness compared to factory parts to enhance fatigue life under high-load conditions.

Aluminium bodies are offered anodised in multiple finishes and the kit is supplied as a direct replacement to maintain OEM gearbox geometry while delivering cleaner joint protection and extended service intervals.

Install as rear replacements on XO-1 drivetrains to reduce joint wear and improve impact tolerance; verify clearances and torque settings during fitment.
