This machined aluminium rear arm set is engineered for the TRAXXAS X-MAXX rear suspension to replace the factory rear upper, lower and knuckle arms. Components are CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium to improve dimensional consistency and reduce deflection under load, helping deliver predictable arm kinematics in demanding use.
The design focuses on tuning stability: externally adjustable tie-rod style upper arms allow fine changes to effective arm length for camber and roll-center adjustments, while the lower arms and knuckles are profiled to minimise unwanted flex. POM collars at knuckle interfaces act as low-friction wear surfaces and a #45 steel reinforcement at the upper-arm midpoint increases local stiffness without significantly altering mass distribution.
Assembly notes: this aftermarket kit is intended to fit the rear upper and lower arm positions and rear knuckle locations, installed using the supplied pins and stainless fasteners. Basic disassembly of the rear hub and arm mounts is necessary; final setup should include range-of-motion checks, clearance verification and alignment of suspension geometry to ensure intended behaviour.
This set is intended as a precision aftermarket upgrade for X-MAXX rear suspension where firmer arm response and controlled pivot behaviour are required for consistent tuning and on-track performance.
