The GPM TXM8160S hardened steel CVDs are manufactured to improve drivetrain resilience on Traxxas X-MAXX vehicles running 8s setups. These units feature thicker structural walls and a beefed shaft pin to better resist bending and wear during high torque events.

Technical Highlights

  • Hardened steel material selected for superior tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
  • Protective black finish applied for corrosion resistance and reduced surface wear.
  • Increased cross section: 1.5mm thicker body and 0.5mm thicker shaft pin relative to OEM items to lower failure risk.
