Precision stainless underbody protection

The GPM UDRZSP567 skid plate set provides engineered reinforcement for the TRAXXAS Unlimited Desert Racer chassis. Fabricated from 304 stainless steel in 1mm and 2mm panels, the plates protect the front, centre and rear sections while offering a corrosion resistant finish suited to demanding runs.

Installation Recommendations

Remove existing chassis fasteners and align each stainless plate to the chassis mounting points, then secure with the supplied screws. Use the POM collars to isolate the protection plate from the rear axle case and reduce wear. Double-sided tape is supplied for the battery cover area; prepare the surface by cleaning and drying thoroughly before application. Apply moderate heat to the adhesive backing to improve bond strength during final fitment.
