This aluminum rear axle housing is supplied as an aftermarket replacement for TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER models under model UDR013B. The assembly replaces the stock rear axle housing (without carrier) and is delivered as a 23pcs set including the stainless steel fasteners required for proper installation.

CNC machined from aluminum 6061 T6 in a one-piece configuration, the housing provides accurate bores and mating faces to reduce drivetrain backlash and enhance rotational smoothness of the differential and shafts. The alloy construction improves tensile performance and heat transfer compared with polymer housings, aiding long-term dimensional stability under load.

Mounting is achieved using the included stainless steel round head screws; the retainers and washers included follow the counts shown in the packing includes section. Prior to final torqueing, verify alignment with suspension mounts and gearbox interfaces to ensure correct driveline geometry and prevent binding.
