Precision aluminium steering arms and hardened CVD assembly for TRX UDR

An engineered front-end upgrade for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform that replaces stock plastic linkages with rigid aluminium upper and lower arms and heat-treated steel CVDs to reduce deflection and preserve steering geometry under load.

The kit is supplied with knuckle arms, matched upper and lower suspension arms, hardened steel CVDs, stainless turnbuckles with POM/Delrin collars and a comprehensive fastener set. Turnbuckle ends accept a tool for controlled tie-rod length adjustment during setup.

Functional overview:

• Knuckle arms: maintain CVD alignment and reduce lateral play at the steering pivot.
• Front upper & lower arms: improve torsional stiffness in the front suspension and support repeatable geometry.
• CVDs: transmit drive torque to the front wheels while accommodating suspension articulation with minimal lash.
• Turnbuckles/tie rods: allow precise toe and steering linkage adjustments for competitive setup tuning.
