Precision CNC Aluminium Front Lower Arm

The GPM UDR055 is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium to provide dimensionally accurate front lower support for the Traxxas Unlimited Desert Racer. The design reinforces the knuckle mount points to reduce deflection under load while keeping mass low for dynamic response.

Delrin Collars and Corrosion Resistant Fasteners

Delrin collars are used to minimise tolerances and improve joint retention. The assembly includes stainless steel balls, rings and screws to enhance fatigue resistance and limit corrosion. A screw locking arrangement secures the stainless ball to maintain assembly integrity during aggressive use.

3D Streamline Geometry and Anodised Surface

Components feature a 3D streamline profile with a hard anodised finish to resist abrasion and maintain surface integrity after repeated impacts and maintenance cycles.
