Technical Servo Mount Upgrade for TRAXXAS UDR

The UDR024 aluminium servo mount is an RC-scale replacement engineered for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER chassis. Fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminium, the part increases the stiffness of the servo mount interface to reduce deflection and improve repeatable steering response during aggressive off-road running.

Installation is completed with the supplied stainless flat head screws and countersink washers so the mount sits flush to the chassis. Fit the provided shim or washer beneath each screw head to draw the assembly tight and prevent play at the servo horn connection. This component is intended as a structural alignment and durability upgrade while preserving the original servo position and horn geometry.

Use this aluminium mount to reinforce the servo attachment on the UDR chassis, recheck fastener torque after initial test runs, and replace compromised plastic mounts while maintaining factory servo geometry.
