High-precision rear CVD drive shaft assembly developed for the TRAXXAS TRX6 MERCEDES-BENZ rear axle, utilising alloy 6061 T6 paired with hardened steel at stressed interfaces to provide improved component life while preserving scale geometry. The compact construction ensures correct engagement with TRX6 scale clearances.

The component transmits motor torque into the rear differential and is intended as a direct replacement or an upgrade for TRX6 rear drive configurations. Installation requires standard rear driveline access, confirmation of yoke alignment and bearing seating, and accurate placement of silicone rings and supplied stainless pins to minimise end play.

For setup verify prop shaft concentricity across suspension travel, protect silicone seals by avoiding excessive screw torque, and perform a free-rotation check before dynamic testing. Designed exclusively for RC model use and workshop-level installation.
