Technical interior mirror overview

This mirror assembly is a purpose-made scale interior upgrade for TRAXXAS TRX6 Mercedes-Benz 6x6 G63 and is compatible with TRX4 Mercedes-Benz G500 and other 1/10 Mercedes-style soft or hard shell bodies. Reflective faces are manufactured in stainless steel to deliver a consistent mirror finish while the housings are profiled to integrate neatly with typical crawler cabin layouts.

The kit is intended for owner installation and includes a length of 3M double-sided tape for adhesive mounting; additional brackets are generally unnecessary for standard shells. Supplier contents are rearview mirror body - 2 pcs, mirror - 1 pc, double-sided tape - 1 pc, and a decoration part. The component is intended as a cosmetic interior enhancement.

Fitting protocol: remove contaminants from the mounting surface, trial-fit the mirror to verify geometry, apply the tape and align the assembly, then press to ensure full contact and allow adhesive cure as per 3M guidelines. For repeatable alignment, perform final positioning with the body at its normal ride angle and verify sightlines prior to adhesive set.
