Precision CNC aluminium guard for TRX4 headlights

The GPM Aluminum Headlight Assembly Vertical Brush Guard is engineered to provide robust protection to the Traxxas TRX4 headlight assembly while maintaining precise alignment and a machined finish. Constructed from 6061 T6 aluminium and CNC milled, the component balances strength with minimal added mass and features an anodised surface for corrosion resistance.

Installation requires removing the factory headlamps, inserting the black front plate into the guard, installing the supplied white Delrin collars, and reattaching the headlights with the original screws. This preserves factory mounting points and ensures a secure, repeatable fit suitable for demanding trail and technical use.
