This 28pcs aluminium mount kit is a precision aftermarket component intended to alter the rear gearbox-to-knuckle interface on Traxxas TRX-4 models, increasing stiffness between the rear gear box and knuckle arms while allowing controlled adjustment of upper damper position. Components are billet-style and engineered from aluminum 6061 T6 for a balance of low mass and high tensile strength, with design focused solely on RC chassis use.

The kit replaces OEM attachment points with a robust C-clamp style connection at the rear knuckle arms and repositions the shock upper mounts slightly outward from the factory vertical plane. The offset improves lateral support and provides incremental range for damper height and tilt adjustments used in technical trail setups.

Supplied hardware adheres to the manufacturer's parts listing and must be used as provided to achieve the described damper spacers and tie rod behaviour. Installing the longer 3x18 screws allows independent retention of tie rods separate from the damper mount, enabling discrete tuning of both systems.

Assemble with the provided collars to set spacer stacks precisely, then verify full articulation of the rear links under load before final clamping to prevent binding issues.
