Technical overview

The TRX4161ST is a seven-piece spring steel link kit developed to upgrade TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler steering and suspension link points. The design increases nominal rod diameter to 6.5mm to reduce flex and wear under scale crawling loads while retaining adjustable tie rod ends for setup flexibility.

Fine adjustment uses a counter-clockwise thread on the adjuster so technicians can perform precise toe and axle alignment. Anodised surfaces provide corrosion resistance and consistent appearance for scale builds. Reference midpoint center-to-center dimensions from the source are: front lower steering 133.2mm, front upper steering 77.3mm, and rear supportive tie rod 77.6mm to verify compatibility with TRX4 mounts.
