This machined aluminium mount offers a compact, robust solution for securing the front and rear gearbox servo and 2-speed differential lock linkage on TRAXXAS TRX4 trail crawler platforms. The design focuses on maintaining servo alignment under load to minimise slack and ensure consistent diff-lock engagement in slow-speed crawling scenarios.

Manufactured from CNC 6061 T6 aluminium, the component uses a hollowed profile to reduce weight while preserving tensile strength at critical load points. Two aluminium posts are supplied to locate under countersunk mounting holes and distribute compressive loads. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners are provided for outdoor durability.

Assembly recommendations: align the mount with gearbox mounting points and secure using the included hardware, ensure the aluminium posts sit correctly under the countersinks to support loading, and verify servo horn geometry before final torque. Minor linkage trimming or different servo horn selection may be required to obtain optimal throw and clearance.
