Precision brass gearbox cover kit

This precision brass front and rear gearbox cover is engineered for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform. The machined components provide structural reinforcement to the axle housing and help maintain differential stability during demanding slow-speed crawling.

Technical notes: the design integrates an oil filler port for simplified maintenance, is produced to tight CNC tolerances to support exact differential alignment, and has a measured mass of 76g which can be used deliberately for axle tuning. The kit includes stainless steel cap head screws 2.5x14, 4pcs as supplied for mounting.

Functional role and installation: the covers replace the stock axle housing caps on compatible TRX4 axle cases and form a rigid mounting point to reduce deformation under load, helping to preserve gear mesh and differential operation when negotiating rocks and technical terrain. This part is intended solely for 1:10 RC scale applications.

Parts are very nice. Fit very well. Easy to install. But screws are sometimes to short. And piece was not drilled and tapped deep enough. But overall excellent workmanship. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired. And it seems tha you got a little confus
