7075 CNC machined 25T servo horn

This aftermarket servo horn is engineered for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platforms and carries the part number TRX4025TC. Manufactured from 7075 aluminium, the straight-arm geometry reduces deflection under load compared with polymer arms while mating to the standard 25-tooth servo spline used on many crawler steering systems.

Functionally the component acts as a bolt-on steering arm replacement with dual tie-rod mounting positions to permit incremental adjustments to steering arc and mechanical advantage during tuning. It is intended for hobby RC applications and not for use on real vehicles.

Installation procedure: remove OEM horn, confirm 25T spline and correct orientation, fit the aluminium horn onto the servo spline, and secure using the supplied stainless fasteners. After installation, verify full steering travel and clearance, and re-torque all fasteners after initial testing.
