This brass front bumper mount is a CNC-friendly, hobby-grade component developed for TRAXXAS TRX4 Defender and Trail Crawler chassis. It provides a rigid mounting interface to stabilise the chassis nose and support the front bumper during technical crawling operations.
Brass construction gives concentrated front mass to increase traction and lower the roll moment when negotiating steep grades or uneven surfaces. The mount advances the servo position, altering the front centre of gravity to favour refined, low-speed steering inputs for precise trail control.
Note: advancing the servo reverses its mechanical orientation relative to the original layout, so the transmitter steering direction or the servo reverse option must be adjusted to reinstate correct steering response after fitment.
The kit includes the listed stainless fasteners for direct replacement or retrofit use and the assembled unit weighs 102g, making it a measured tuning upgrade for drivers prioritising front-end stability with minimal chassis modification.
Intended as a precision chassis-level upgrade to enhance front traction and steering control for serious trail rigs; install with care and confirm servo orientation and endpoint settings after fitting.
