Engineered servo horn for TRX4 locking differential

High-precision aluminium servo horn set developed to interface with the locking differential of Traxxas TRX4 trail crawlers. Components are CNC machined from aluminum 6061 T6 and include an internal spring designed to absorb transient loads and reduce peak torque feedback to the servo output shaft during differential engagement.

Designed as a servo-side coupling, the horn allows controlled adjustment and retention of diff lock position while preserving original driveline geometry. The spring element adds a predictable compliance that mitigates shock transmission without compromising positional stability.

Assembly instructions: use the supplied 3*10 stainless round head screws with the aluminium collars, and position a 3mm metal washer beneath each screw head to minimise axial clearance. Follow recommended torque values and apply thread locker where necessary to secure the assembly.

This kit provides a CNC-machined, spring-loaded servo interface intended to protect the servo output under diff lock events while maintaining light weight and precise fitment for TRX4 platforms.
