Precision centre gearbox protector

This aluminum center gear box bottom protector is a scale upgrade designed for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler, supplied as a 2pcs set. Engineered from lightweight aluminium for a favourable strength-to-weight ratio, the plate presents a flat bearing surface beneath the centre gearbox to reduce sand and small-rock ingress while distributing point loads away from the gearbox housing.

The assembly includes a single stainless steel flat head screw 3x14 for secure fitment. The protector face is detail-drilled with positioning holes that align to the upper main shaft screw positions, allowing shaft removal or installation without disassembling the plate and reducing maintenance time in the field.

Finish is a robust, scratch-resistant coating selected to withstand typical trail abrasion; clean off grit after operation and verify thread engagement before each session. This part functions as a protective upgrade and is not intended to change gear ratios or drivetrain tuning in scale off-road crawling applications.

Parts are very nice. Fit very well. Easy to install. But screws are sometimes to short. And piece was not drilled and tapped deep enough. But overall excellent workmanship. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired. And it seems tha you got a little confus
