This aluminium servo horn is a scale replacement intended for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler steering systems and is machined from 6061-T6 alloy for a durable metal alternative to plastic arms. It uses a 25T spline and a straight-arm profile to reduce flex under repeated steering loads.

Operational role: the horn couples the servo output spline to the tie rod and the four-position mounting provides incremental tie-rod length and steering ratio options without replacing parts. These options help with precise steering tuning and centring behaviour on scale crawlers.

Installation guidance: align spline positions, fit with the supplied stainless fasteners and verify neutral steering prior to final torque. For long-term metal-to-metal joints apply a small amount of thread-lock where screws engage alloy surfaces and recheck full-lock travel after fitting.
