STRV1201 is a hardened-steel aftermarket ring gear produced as a single pcs replacement compatible with TRAXXAS Revo and Revo3.3 transmissions. It is intended for model-scale gearbox use and provides a more wear-resistant gear surface versus standard stock materials.

The component is positioned within the gearbox to engage the motor pinion and spur gear, delivering consistent tooth form for repeatable mesh during tuning. Proper seating and even mesh are essential to take advantage of the gear's hardened profile and to reduce premature wear on adjacent drivetrain parts.

Assembly guidance: disassemble the gearbox, remove the original ring gear, verify STRV1201 seats true on the carrier and that backlash and mesh are within recommended clearances, then reassemble and perform a hand-rotation check. Confirm bearing runout and shaft alignment to preserve gear life and quiet operation.
