Centre gearbox protection for TRAXXAS Revo

This aftermarket skid guard is a direct-fit alloy plate for TRAXXAS Revo and Revo 3.3 chassis, designed to protect the centre gearbox area. The alloy construction replaces the stock lower guard and is intended to redirect impact forces away from the gearbox housing during aggressive off-road use.

Fitment note: manufactured to suit TRAXXAS Revo /Revo 3.3 layouts, the plate mounts at the central gearbox zone using the OEM chassis points and provides a stiff protective barrier to reduce direct strikes on internal gear housings.

Installation: supplied as a single-piece set with mounting screws included, installation uses the existing chassis fastener locations. Minor removal of the lower chassis plate may be required; use the correct hex driver to avoid fastener damage and verify torque following initial runs.

Service advice: the alloy guard enhances protection but may alter mass distribution slightly; account for this in suspension tuning and ride height. Regularly inspect the plate and mounting hardware after heavy use and replace any compromised screws with equivalent grade fasteners to maintain secure attachment.
