12mm Brass Wheel Hex Adapters for TRAXXAS MAXX Hubs

These brass hex adapters are engineered to raise hex thickness to 12mm, providing a durable and heavier interface between wheel and hub. The increased flange width improves wheel seating and track measurement while maintaining clearance to other drivetrain parts when correctly installed.

The kit contains precision components to enable direct replacement of stock hexes and to support tuning of track width and hub weight distribution.

Installation procedure: remove the original hex, locate the brass adapter on the hub flange, then secure using the supplied M4 shafts and 11mm hex socket screws with washers. Use the 5mm shims to fine tune lateral offset. The brass adds local mass (approximately 7g per adapter as provided by the source) and the wider flange helps to reduce apparent wheel gap and marginally increase track width, which will influence cornering behaviour depending on overall vehicle setup. The adapter thickness is 12mm, indicated as 7mm thicker than the original component.
