This aftermarket 110mm extend CVD shaft is engineered for TRAXXAS MAXX platforms using WIDEMAXX components and serves as a direct replacement for either front or rear driveshaft assemblies on 1/10 MAXX models. It is specified to improve drivetrain stiffness and reduce incremental wheel play under load without modifying wheel interface geometry.

The assembly centres on a 4140 carbon steel main shaft combined with a lengthened 7075 alloy wheel lock and a matching hex claw. A capped outdrive design helps mitigate sand and dust ingress at the joint. The wheel lock incorporates internal knurling to boost mechanical engagement at the hex and lower the chance of wheel loosening during sustained operation.
