Engineering notes for the TJ019 front C-hub

The TJ019 front C-hub is a machined 7075-T6 aluminium replacement for the front hub area on compatible TRAXXAS platforms. It is intended to minimise elastic deformation compared with polymer hubs, thereby improving steering geometry stability under high loads typical of aggressive driving and bashing scenarios.

Design attention was given to reinforcing the tie rod, knuckle and lower arm junctions to reduce movement at these interfaces. The result is a more repeatable steering response and reduced tendency for toe shift during impacts.

Installation uses existing front c-hub fasteners and factory mounting points. The part is categorised as an aftermarket upgrade for hobbyist tuning where improved rigidity and fitment consistency are required.
