Parts are very nice. Fit very well. Easy to install. But screws are sometimes to short. And piece was not drilled and tapped deep enough. But overall excellent workmanship. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired. And it seems tha you got a little confus

Index collars to the correct orientation, torque fasteners incrementally, and confirm full lock-to-lock movement without binding. Small shim adjustments may be required to optimise geometry.
Delrin generally performs well without lubrication. If lubrication is applied, use a light PTFE or dry film sparingly to avoid attracting debris.
The upgrade is mechanical and does not require servo or ESC reprogramming. Builders may still choose to fine tune servo endpoints to match the firmer mechanical response.
