Precision CNC 7075-T6 steering blocks for Funco Pro

The TPS021 steering block assembly is engineered as a one-piece 7075-T6 aluminium solution for the TRAXXAS Funco Pro Scale 2WD sand car. CNC machining ensures consistent tolerances to stabilise the front CVD while maintaining factory steering geometry and alignment.

Internal bearing sizing is increased to 17x30x7 while the external 15x24x5 bearing is retained to enlarge the contact footprint and lower localized bearing pressure. The reinforced suspension pin holder reduces axial play and the use of high-precision bearings decreases friction, resulting in improved steering response under heavy loads.

All hardware and bearings arrive pre-assembled to maintain concentricity and ease installation. The parts mount externally to the front C hubs and steering blocks; apply medium-strength threadlocker to fasteners to secure the assembly during repeated impacts and sandy running conditions.

For precision-focused upgrades, TPS021 delivers CNC accuracy, beefed-up pivot support and larger bearing contact to reduce friction and extend service life under sand and off-road conditions.
