Precision CNC aluminium rear arms for E-REVO VXL

The ER25657 rear suspension arm assembly is a precision aftermarket solution engineered for the TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL chassis. Supplied as matched upper and lower arms, the design targets improved load distribution at the rear mounts and repeatable handling characteristics under dynamic loads.

CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium, each arm incorporates pressed Delrin collars at the pivot bores to maintain tight bearing clearance and reduce fretting. The anodised surface finish provides wear resistance and consistent part-to-part tolerances. A screw-lock stainless steel ball retention replaces press-fit retainers to reduce the risk of loosening under vibration and high torque events.

The kit includes 24 pieces with both arms and the full complement of pins and fasteners for direct replacement of stock rear upper and lower arms. Dual ball stud positions permit calibrated adjustments to rear roll centre and steering geometry for setup optimisation on varied surfaces.
