Precision front rocker arm kit for E-REVO VXL

The ER2027F 12pcs rocker arm set is a CNC-style machined aluminium front linkage upgrade engineered for TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL models. It replaces flexible plastic link supports with rigid 6061 T6 aluminium rocker arms and supplies stainless fasteners and spacers to preserve OEM geometry while improving torsional stiffness at the steering pickup points.

The component stabilises the front tie rod and damper attachment under steering loads and bump events. The arms are produced from high tensile 6061 T6 aluminium with a weight-saving hollow profile, retaining fatigue resistance while lowering unsprung mass. Multiple threaded locations permit fine adjustment of tie rod lean to alter steering ratio and roll centre characteristics.

Included hardware is specified to fit the rocker arms: stainless round head screws in two lengths, M3 lock nuts, and alloy spacers sized 3x6x2 to position between rod ends and push rods for lean angle calibration. The kit is designed as an aftermarket aluminium replacement for RC application and supports straightforward installation with standard hand tools.
