CNC machined front arms for race-oriented E-REVO VXL setups

The ER25455 front suspension arm set is a 16 piece aluminium replacement intended for TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL platforms, covering upper and lower arms. The design focus is on increasing front-end stiffness, reducing torsional deflection at suspension mounts and providing a predictable platform for suspension tuning and setup development.

Components are CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium with Delrin collars at bearing interfaces and stainless steel hardware for critical fastenings. Machined faces receive an anodized finish and the ball studs employ a screw-lock method to reduce fastener back-off during dynamic loads.
