Assembly Notes for Tuners

Assembly sequence is as follows: position the ring gasket onto the gear, install the four pinion gears, then place the main gear over them. Apply downward tension on the bottom gears so the ring gasket seats into the diff case slot, ensuring correct alignment and preload.
