This CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium upper and lower arm set is engineered as an aftermarket upgrade for TRAXXAS E-REVO platforms to reduce chassis flex and improve suspension repeatability. The kit supplies matched front and rear arms for consistent axle behaviour during high-load use and setup tuning.

Construction uses machined 6061-T6 for controlled stiffness and weight management, with Delrin pivot collars to maintain tight bore tolerances and limit lateral play at hinge points. Arms are anodised after machining and adopt a screw-lock ball mounting system to enhance retention compared with press-fit ball designs. Rear components include dual ball-stud positions to allow precise adjustment of knuckle angle and roll characteristics for different surface conditions.

Functionally the set provides stronger support to steering knuckles, reduces deflection under load, and expands geometric tuning capability. Installation should include inspection of hinge pins, ball studs, and related hardware; use supplied or equivalent-grade fasteners and proper threadlocker practices where steel interfaces aluminium.
