Precision CNC-style knuckle arm for E-REVO applications

This aluminium front/rear knuckle arm set is engineered for the TRAXXAS E-REVO chassis and ships with specified NMB bearings fitted at the factory. Components are produced to close manufacturing tolerances to keep steering linkages and wheel spindles running with minimal play on the E-REVO platform.

As a steering pivot and hub support, the aluminium knuckle reduces flex compared to stock plastic parts and, with integrated NMB bearings, helps maintain geometry under load and during tuning changes. Confirm fitment with original knuckles before completing installation and check bearing orientation during assembly.

What tolerance improvements do these knuckles provide?

The aluminium construction and fitted NMB bearings reduce interface clearance compared with OEM plastic knuckles, improving steering repeatability under load.

Are the bearings pressed in or removable?

Bearings are installed to specified locations and can be removed or replaced with equivalent 6x13x5 bearings using standard bearing removal tools if service is required.

Do I need to change my servo or link geometry?

These knuckles are intended as direct replacements so major geometry changes are not expected, though final toe and Ackermann may require minor tuning to match your setup.
