These 8 machined knuckle arms are manufactured to replace plastic pivots on TRAXXAS E-REVO, utilising 6061 T6 aluminium bodies and POM collars to tighten radial tolerance and secure bearing seating for reduced steering hysteresis.

The assembly hardware specified includes stainless steel 3x20 round head screws and Delrin locknuts to maintain clamping force under dynamic load. POM collars isolate bearings from direct metal contact, lowering friction and improving repeatable alignment during suspension travel.

Multiple mounting positions for tie rods and steering links permit precise setup of steering geometry, enabling fine-tuning of ackermann and toe characteristics while the alloy knuckles stabilise both front and rear arms and the CVD joints under steering loads.
