Mount indexing and recommended pinion choices

The plate features 11 indexed holes labelled A through K to allow fine control over motor position and pinion to spur spacing. Use 20T for A to A, 21T for B to B, 22T for C to C and 23T for D to D as standard references when setting up gear engagement.
