The design targets improved suspension stiffness and reduced shaft deformation under load, helping to preserve suspension geometry during aggressive runs.

Design and construction notes

• Material: 6061 alloy chosen for its strength to mass ratio
• Shock Shaft: Thickened from 3mm to 3.5mm to prevent bending and maintain alignment
• Spring Options: Supplied with stock black 1.8mm springs and alternative silver 1.9mm coils for tuning
• Adjustability: Alloy Collar 3x6x2 for tilt and preload adjustments during setup
