High-strength fixed spur gear mount machined from 7075-T6 aluminium, developed for the TRAXXAS 1/6 FUNCO PRO SCALE 2WD SAND CAR platform. The component offers a stiff, accurate mounting face for the spur assembly to reduce flex and wear under load while maintaining original drivetrain alignment.

Supply includes any factory pre-assembly and the specified hardware. Installation procedure: remove the OEM mount, verify bearing seating and axial alignment, set pinion-to-spur mesh, secure the new mount with the supplied Grade 12.9 screws and apply medium-strength thread locker on metal fasteners. Avoid over-torquing to prevent distortion of the mounting bore and validate mesh and bearing preload during the initial break-in runs.
