This GPM gear set is a direct replacement for the stock plastic gears on the Thunder Tiger Kaiser XS, supplying a 56T spur gear and a two piece double speed reduction assembly. Constructed in steel #45, the components are specified to raise wear resistance and lengthen service intervals under hobbyist and competition use.

Mechanical Benefits and Torque Routing

The transmission sequence routes motor output into the 56T spur before the reduction stage, which uses a 12T small gear meshing with a 33T large gear. This arrangement decreases input rpm relative to the output and produces higher torque at the centre drive shaft, improving load carrying and drivetrain resilience.
