Engineered rear axle adapters for precision alignment

The SB022 rear axle adapter kit is a precision upgrade for the Team Losi SUPER BAJA REY rear gearbox designed to tighten bearing clearances and stabilise the wheel joint on both sides. These adapters are intended to reduce axial and radial play so the rear wheels rotate with improved consistency under load.

Manufactured from aluminium 6061 T6 with precise machining tolerances, the components deliver improved stiffness and a controlled mounting surface compared with common stamped parts. The kit includes the stainless fasteners required for direct replacement fitting to the gearbox assembly.

Functionally this upgrade does not change gear ratios or drivetrain layout; its role is to improve bearing alignment and reduce play at the wheel interface, aiding repeatable handling in high-impact and rough-surface conditions.
